DYMO needed to improve global sales across a range of office label printer products direct to end-customers. DYMO needed a way to incentivize customers to purchase their product over other similar products in a busy market place whilst creating brand loyalty.
The Solution
- An on-pack promotion where rewards codes were printed onto the inside of 10,000 promotional packs per country
- Rewards were instantly redeemable via an online portal
- For every pack purchased reward codes were redeemable for a desirable range of high street gift vouchers, and e-vouchers of the customers' choice.
